The Faithful Men mission is to equip working-class men to become faithful leaders of their families and communities, learning work and life skills while receiving income from their work.
Women at The Well are commonly in relationships with men, and many have children whose fathers have abandoned them. When feasible, The Well has worked directly with men to provide counseling, work and rehab opportunities. For years, we’ve considered ways to develop a program especially for men, beginning with those related to the women we know.
Our Faithful Men project is designed to provide personal mentorship and holistic development to men who desire change, but have difficulty finding employment or need additional outside support to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
In addition, a co-op-owned remodeling and painting business, Integrity Remodeling, will provide skills, structure, and dignity for men who need opportunities to take real pride in their work and experience economic stability.
