Team Glazier

Richard and Bee Glazier met over twenty years ago while involved in church planting and urban ministry in London, England. Then part of Ichthus Christian Fellowship, a multicultural urban church, they spent a number of years working in the inner city. They were involved in leading a new church plant in a deprived borough in South-East London, as well as working in other ministry settings.

In 2000, Bee, Richard, and their son Sam moved to Bangkok, Bee’s hometown, to be involved in missions in Thailand. Following a “chance” meeting with Jim and Judy Larson in 2006, they have become increasingly involved in the work of The Well, the ministry reaching out to girls at risk and their families. Previously a teacher at an international school in Bangkok, Richard now enjoys teaching English and Bible to the girls at The Well, and is involved in leading the church at Center One, while Bee is the Center One coordinator and is involved in befriending, counseling and praying for the girls. The Glazier family is now four strong, with our daughter Ari joining us last year.

Richard and Bee’s primary passion is to see broken people being restored through experiencing the love of Jesus and entering into His Kingdom. It is a pleasure to be involved in the work of The Well, and to see this beginning to happen in the lives of the girls here!
